I don't come to this bakery often but when I do, I feel very welcomed and appreciated. When customers enter while I'm there, I get the sense that they are regulars from the familiar way they are greeted. I feel like an outsider there, but in the best way possible. I'm a cookie gal and have recently discovered how much I love their CHAOS cookies! I honestly don't know how they get them that soft, fully baked and full of so much goodness! If you are local to the area or not, I highly recommend you stop in and try something from the Davison Bakery. (I grabbed some sweets to go with my carryout from The Bear Soup Deli just down the street the other day, SO GOOD!) LOVE the walkable downtown Davison area!

This is the best bakery in Genesee county. The service is so great and all the employees are really friendly. The fact that they are open 24 hours is a plus. I work all day and just want to come home after work and get some bacon, egg and cheese bread for breakfast. I also love the fact that if your name is on the white board you get a free treat.

Iβve lived in Davison for over 30 years. Iβve never been to this donut shop, I always went to Tim Hortons for their cinnamon rolls unfortunately they stopped making them so I figured Iβd give this place a try unfortunately wonβt be going back. The cinnamon roll was so dry. I end up throwing it out. The cream donut was mainly all dough. I usually donβt put reviews out, but I think itβs one of the worst donuts I have ever had.

I saw them on FB and decided to splurge and order some pumpkin rolls for my family. unfortunately we were disappointed with them. Im used to ordering them from local home bakers every fall and they are about the size of a standard sheet pan. These are about the size of a burrito and $10.75 ea. A couple of the ends had around 3" of empty space without filling. The cake is chewy and dry, not moist and dense like normal pumpkin cake. The walmart pumpkin rolls are much betterπ

I stopped into Davison Bakery and tried a Boston cream Long Johnβabsolutely delicious! The dough was soft, moist, and clearly freshβtasting just like something homemade. The balance of cream filling to dough was spot on, giving it a rich flavor without being overwhelming. You can tell they put care into their pastries. What really made the visit even better was the warm, friendly service. The sweet girl at the register was delightful to chat with and shared that the Honey Butter donut is their most popular itemβI'll definitely be back to try that next! Whether you're craving a sweet treat to start your day or just need a midday pick-me-up, I highly recommend giving this place a visit. Great people, great pastries, and a cozy hometown vibe.
